What should I know before joining ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE?
ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE is a loyalty program that allows you to earn points. You earn points for every purchase made in our stores, in the ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE app, and on ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE.IT.
All online purchases, as well as your points history, can be viewed by logging into the "My Account" section on ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE.IT and the ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE app.
In addition to earning points, being an ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE member also means access to exclusive offers, rewards, and early access to select sales and promotions.
Membership in ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE is free, but you must be at least 18 years old to become a member.
How can I become a member of ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE?
ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE is only available to customers with valid accounts on ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT.
You must create an account at: https://www.alexanderboutique.it/it/index.php?controller=registration
After registration, you will receive a confirmation email. This is also done to ensure the privacy and security of your data.
To earn points on your online orders, you must log in at checkout.
To earn points on your in-store orders, you must show your Member ID (found by logging into MyAccount) at checkout.
We cannot trace and award points for previous orders if you did not have an account when placing the order, if you were not logged in when placing the order, and/or if you did not identify yourself with your Member ID at checkout in-store.
Customers who had an account before ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE will automatically become ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE members.
How do I earn points and where can I view them?
As an ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE member, all purchases made in our stores, on the ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE app, and on ALEXANDER BOUTIQUE.IT are rewarded with points. Please note that shipping and gift wrapping for online orders do not earn points.
PREMIUM LOYALTY MEMBERS: You earn 1 point for every €25.00 spent.
LOYALTY MEMBERS: You earn 1 point for every €50.00 spent.
Your new points will be calculated and displayed on the "My Account" page approximately 15 minutes after your purchase. If you encounter any discrepancies, please wait until the following day before contacting our Customer Service.
Each point is worth €1.00.
The maximum number of points that can be used at a time is 100. If you exceed this limit, they will be split into multiple points.
You don't have to reach your maximum points limit to use them.
How can I use my points?
In-store: You must communicate your desire to use your points before payment. Points cannot be cancelled after payment has been made.
On ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT and in the ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE app: points are automatically converted into a promotional code. This code must be applied to your cart before checkout. Enter the code in the "Promotional Code" field and press "Submit" to apply it.
The points you earn never expire and can be used throughout the year, even during promotional sales or sales.
They cannot be combined with other discount coupons or gift cards.
What happens if I return a product?
Once the return has been processed, the points earned on the returned order/item will automatically be deducted from your points balance.
