Terms and conditions


If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for size / color change, store credit or refund within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

The security thread on the items to be returned must not be cut or broken.


To request the return authorization it is necessary to send an e-mail to with the reasons and any photographs; or contact us. Once the procedure is completed, ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT will send a confirmation by e-mail, containing the Return Authorization Number (R.A.N.), the shipping label and the instructions to be followed to return the goods.

The return shipment made with the courier indicated by ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT will be free up to one change per item.

The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.

There are 3 types of compensation:

Change size / color 

It is possible to change only for a different size or a different color of the same item, if available. The new item requested can be returned following the same procedure.

Store Credit 

As soon as the return is received and processed, a code of the total value of the returned items will be sent to the customer, to be used for subsequent purchases. Any cost originally incurred for shipping the order will be included in the Store Credit only in the event that all the items purchased will be returned.

The Store Credit: can be used only once within 3 months from the time of return; it cannot be combined with other Store Credit; it must be used entirely in an order of equal or greater value.


The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT warehouses and the items will be verified.

For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.

For orders paid with Paypal or by bank transfer, the amount will be returned to the original account.

The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. Any cost originally incurred for the shipment of the order will be reimbursed to the customer only if all the items purchased are returned.


The security thread on the returned items must not be cut or broken. Clothes must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and show no signs of any kind.

Each clothes must be returned with all labels and tags attached, and including all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, clothes covers, etc.) received with the order.

All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been in any way damaged and / or altered, nor used as a single external packaging.

Swimwear and underwear (bikinis, slips, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.

Items from the ACCESSORIES section must be returned in perfect condition and free of any damage, scratches or dents. If an item in the ACCESSORIES section is damaged upon delivery, please contact us to receive instructions for the return. Products must be returned in their original packaging with original accessories, components and brochures. They must also be properly packaged in the same way they were received.

Returns must be sent inside the ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT box, which must be well sealed with adhesive tape. In the absence of our box, another suitable packaging can be used to ship items.

In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there would be a mistake in shipments by ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT, the customer is invited to immediately contact

ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and bear the shipping costs for the return of the goods to its storehouse.

Returns authorized by ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT must be shipped from the same country in which the original order was delivered.

ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right not to accept return products shipped with couriers other than that indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT or requires collection at a warehouse of the courier itself.

ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided.

In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.

The eventual acceptance of such returns, however, involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.

The right of withdrawal for contracts concluded on the ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT website excluded in accordance with art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code regarding:

a) the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygienic reasons or related to the protection of health and have been opened after delivery.

By way of example and not limited to, the following products are certainly excluded from the withdrawal:

-Some items in the Underwear / Lingerie section (where expressly indicated).

For each good to which the exclusion of withdrawal applies, ALEXANDER provides the consumer customer with a specific indication directly in the product’s sheet.

However, ALEXANDER has the right to accept the request for withdrawal also for the goods excluded from this right, if at its sole discretion it deems it appropriate for justified reasons.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.


The prices published on the site, payments, receipts and invoices for orders are in Euros.

A receipt is made for orders with shipping to Italy.

During the purchase process it is possible to request the issuance of an invoice. For the issuance of this document you should place an Italian billing address comprehensive tax information.

If the invoice is not requested during the order’s process, it cannot be requested at a later time.


ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT does not deliver to post office boxes (P.O. Boxes).

Packages destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods.

All shipments to countries outside the European Union, as required by customshouse procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice that declares the value of the individual items.


ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT ships all over the world via BRT, GLS, SDA and DHL couriers.


The items are shipped in 2/3 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of the order in Italy.

In the rest of the world, items are shipped in 8/10 working days (Monday-Friday).

During the period of sales or promotions, shipments may take longer.

In case of payment by bank transfer the goods will be reserved from the moment of the order for a maximum of 5 working days.

ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT is not responsible for any delays due to customshouse operations and controls, or due to force majeure beyond the control of ALEXANDER.

Upon arrival of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before affixing a signature as proof of delivery of the shipment. ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT packages are carefully packed. If for any reason the package appears tampered with or if the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign the receipt “received as damaged”, or to refuse delivery. In case the delivery has been accepted with an unrecognized signature or there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT at If a reception or concierge is available at the address, the courier is authorized to deliver the package to that staff or place.

If the package and / or the items inside are damaged, or if an item indicated in the delivery note is missing inside, the packaging must be kept for further checks.

Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to the wrong address must be received by ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT within a maximum of 3 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, the shipping costs and any customs duties will be deducted from the refund.


Virtual Gift Cards are available exclusively online on ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT.

The Virtual Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the date of sending the confirmation email, it can be used for an order and can also be used for orders with a value higher than that of the Virtual Gift Card.

Purchases via Virtual Gift Card must be made in the same currency in which the card was issued. When purchasing a Virtual Gift Card, an e-mail address will be requested to deliver it to.

The Virtual Gift Card code will only be sent to the email address specified at the time of purchase and can only be used with that email address. ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT is not responsible for sending the Virtual Gift Cards to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.

The Virtual Gift Card will be sent within 5 hours of payment confirmation. To allow sending within these times, the purchase must be made with an immediate payment system such as by credit card. The Virtual Gift Cards purchased by bank transfer will be sent to the recipient after receipt of the payment by ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT

The Virtual Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Virtual Gift Card and cannot be converted into cash or credit.

Orders placed via Virtual Gift Card can be returned; the amount relating to the returned goods will be re-credited to the Virtual Gift Card. Orders placed via the Virtual Gift Card are subject to the Commercial Policy, Privacy Policy and Site Regulations published on ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT

ALEXADERBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to refuse orders placed through the use of Virtual Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.


The assortment on ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is in fact connected to the shop and warehouse belonging to ALEXANDER.

As an authorized dealer of all brands on the site, ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT guarantees the authenticity of each item.

Once the order request has been received, ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased.

In the event that the items ordered are not available, or if for some reason the order cannot be processed as per the customer's request, the Orders Department of ALEXANDERBOUTIQUE.IT will promptly notify the customer and make the refund.
